Our 7-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind every Vault Labs Canada e-book. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Send an email to support@vaultlabscanada.com with:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your order number (in your purchase confirmation email)

You do not need to provide a reason. We do, however, welcome candid feedback — it improves the next edition for everyone.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

What is and is not covered

  • Covered: any e-book purchase made through vaultlabscanada.com within the prior 7 days.
  • Not covered: purchases older than 7 days; products purchased through third-party resellers (we do not currently authorise any); gift cards, promotional codes, or store credit.

Vault Labs Canada products are sold as final, professional-grade publications. The 7-day guarantee exists so you can confirm the content matches your expectations without commercial risk. We honour the policy without friction; in return, we ask that requests be submitted before the 7-day window closes.
